Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for books and tote bags that are unused and in their original condition.
To request a return, email Christopheryancy2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
